ABOUT US
SC Hu-tec Engineering SRL Is a fully private owned company located in the industrial area of Constanta.
We produce custom built power packs, containers and exhaust silencers mainly for export in a quality equal or better than the European standards.
Our recent deliveries are:
· Diesel driven hydraulic power units for off shore pumping systems.
· Exhaust silencers for Caterpillar 3600 series engines with diameter 2100 mm and length of 7000 mm.
· Custom built 20 / 30 and 40ft containers in low noise level (70 dBA at 1 meter) for generator sets.
If required engineering of complete systems is available including structural, sound, ventilation, cooling, piping etc.
Recent Projects
These containers are engineered and made by Hu-tec Engineering to house the necessary equipment and comply to the client specifications, local regulations and classification society rules (for example Bureau VERITAS, Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, Germanischer Lloyd’s, etc
For special purposes standard containers can be modified to include stronger floor supports to accept high loads as for example diesel generator sets, liquid tight floors for environmental safe use, sound insulation, personnel access doors, ventilation openings, exhaust silencers with connections to outside, cable trays, recess for cable entry / exit, etc.
The large variety of installations with specific sound requirements and often restricted available space makes the use of standard silencers impossible. Therefore special silencers are engineered to meet these sound requirements and to be able to fit in the available space.
PRODUCTS
EXHAUST SILENCERS
Exhaust silencers can be delivered in a standard execution (Hu-tec Engineering type NCS, NAS en NRS) as well as tailor made. In case of strict noise level and/or limited dimensions, it is often not possible to work with a standard silencer. The know-how of acoustics and flow dynamics of our technical department , enables us to design a silencer for a specific sound-source, which results in an optimum noise reduction for that specific situation
CONTAINERS
Custom Containers
In cases where standard containers cannot be used due to limitations in dimensions, strength or special lifting requirements custom built containers are produced.
Modified Containers
For special purposes standard containers can be modified to include stronger floor supports to accept high loads as for example diesel generator sets, liquid tight floors for environmental safe use, sound insulation, personnel access doors, ventilation openings, exhaust silencers with connections to outside, cable trays, recess for cable entry / exit etc.
POWER PACKS
Power packs are generally spoken custom built units with diesel motor or electric motor drive as per client specification and for specific use.
Examples of this use are:
- electric generating sets;
- hydraulic power units;
- irrigation and or fire fighting pumps;
- combinations of the above mentioned such as diesel generating set with hydraulic pumps and system integrated.
